We are delighted to announce that Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Numis are launching a new annual conference for UK & Ireland corporates and investors as part of dbAccess, with the inaugural event taking place on 21-22 January 2025. To find out more about this exciting new conference, we spoke with Dawn Singleton, Head of Client Strategy & Corporate Access at Deutsche Bank, who oversees the dbAccess programme of events.
Please could you tell us what this new conference is all about and what is on the agenda?
As part of the combination of Deutsche Numis’ market-leading position in UK equities and Deutsche Bank’s global reach, we are delighted to launch our inaugural UK & Ireland Conference, hosted at our new offices at 21 Moorfields. London is Europe’s leading capital market, with the market capitalisation of companies listed on the London Stock Exchange larger than that of any other exchange in the region. We will look to showcase this strength with a line-up of over 50 exciting UK champions presenting over the course of two days.
There will be the opportunity to meet with the companies’ senior management and we anticipate several hundred meetings in both one-to-one and small group format taking place over the course of the conference. We also have keynote presentations with Deutsche Bank’s Jim Reid, Head of Global Economics and Thematic Research, and Sanjay Raja, Chief UK Economist. With the conference taking place at the start of the year, we are also providing the opportunity to meet with Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Numis analysts to gain their insights and outlook for 2025.
Why have you decided to add this new conference to the existing dbAccess suite?
We have a comprehensive Corporate Access offering and an extensive pipeline of conferences and events that bring together leading companies with global institutional investors. We aim to deliver a ‘best-in-class’ experience for our conference attendees, all led by an experienced team of Corporate Access professionals.
This conference will be a fantastically strong addition to an already extensive equity conference calendar, which brings together our corporate and institutional clients.
